How does it work?
In a school setting, teachers can give digital recognition and rewards to students wearing Achievement Bands™ simply by bumping their phone to the student's band. In a corporate setting managers can give recognition and rewards to employees wearing achievement bands.
What type of recognition and rewards can be given?
You can bump any Achievement device to your phone to give out digital badges, certs, skill points, action points and even virtual currency!
What do I need to use these?
You'll need a RedCritter Teacher, RedCritter Family or Corporate account and one or more Android and Windows Phones that support NFC. Our RedCritter Teacher and RedCritter Manager apps can be downloaded for free and allow your to program and scan Achievement Bands, Bubbles and Stickers. Apple phones are not currently supported since they don't support NFC.
What is the difference between Achievement Bands, Bubbles and Stickers?
Bands are typically worn by a person, while bubbles and stickers can be affixed to a student or employee desk or personal item. They all use the same underlying technology so the choice comes down to your desired form-factor. Achievement Bands are available only for ages 13 and up.
Can I mix and match Bands, Bubbles and Stickers?
Yes! All of our devices work the same so you can mix and match as you like.
Do these devices require charging?
No, our accessories do not require a battery and never need to be charged.
Do you offer refunds?
We will refund or replace defective devices at no charge, otherwise we do not issue refunds.
